Ordering & Delivery
We make and manufacture everything ourselves in our UK workshop. All of our products are made to order and we currently work on a 2 week lead time, some products may be sooner. This time frame can be longer during peak periods and delays in sourcing materials due to our current climate.
Orders are processed from time of payment. No orders will go into production until payment has been made. Orders without successful payment after 7 days of receiving the invoice will automatically be cancelled.
We only ship the United Kingdom - Including Northern Ireland. All orders are sent through Parcel Force Express 24/DHL/Pallex. All companies offer safe and secure delivery of orders and require the recipient to be there to sign for the package as proof of delivery.
Inspire Gifts UK operate this policy to provide formal proof with respect to goods being dispatched and safely recieved. Delivery will only be made to the delivery address specified at the time the order is placed.
We accept two payment methods:
1) Bank Transfer
Once you have confirmed your order you will receive an email containing an invoice for the full amount of the order including shipping costs, the account details the transfer needs to be made to and the due date for the payment. Failing to make payment with in the given time will result in your order being cancelled.
2) Online Secure Payment checkout VIA SWIPE - Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch or Solo.
Card Payment with Swipe is required immediately after checkout. There is currently no additional charge to pay with Swipe.
By signing up to our Mailing List, you agree to receiving promotional offers and updates at various times from Inspire Gifts UK.
If at any point you wish to be removed from our mailing list then please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your details and you will be removed as soon as possible. There is also a link at the bottom of all our promotional emails sent out to unsubscribe from our mailing list.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on non-faulty products.
For faulty or damaged items, please contact us immediatly upon recieving your order (within 24 hours) with your order number, account information and photos of the damage so we are able to help with a refund or replacement. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days after the item has been returned to us onto the original payment method.
If you notice any damage to the outer packaging prior to it being unwrapped, please mention this to the driver and sign any paperwork 'unchecked and damage to packaging'. Also we would appreciate being sent any photographic evidence, this helps us make a claim if there is any further damage and helps us to reduce problems in the future.
Cancelling Your Order
You have the right to cancel your order prior to payment being made. Once an invoice has been paid the order will already be in production and no futher altercations can be made.
Offers & Discounts
All offers and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discount codes unless specified.
Personal discount offered to customers is completely at our disgression and we reserve the right to remove or adjust it at any time.
